Summary of the Terms and Conditions:

Handy Cash Golden Ticket holders 18+ only.

Promotion opens at 10:00 on 1st Oct 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 18 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

3 prizes each consisting of £500 of Amazon Gift Vouchers available to be won in prize draw at the end of the Promotional Period on Facebook Friday the 19th December 2025.

Prize Draw prize: 1 winner will be randomly selected from three different geographical regions. Giving us 3 winners in total. They will be drawn from the Dundee, Falkirk, Glasgow and surrounding areas. All valid entrants who were entered into the promotion during the Promotional Period will belong to an area of our choosing. The prize draw will be conducted by Handy Cash, within five working days of the end of the Promotional Period. The prizes is as detailed below:

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

This (“Promotion”) is open to Handy Cash customers who have received a Golden Ticket from their local Agent or Handy Cash Office. Golden Tickets are given to any Handy Cash customer NEW or EXISTING that has received a loan during the promotional period. An extra Additional ticket can be earned by leaving us a customer review on our google webpage.

Employees of Handy Cash, other group companies, their agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

The Promotion opens at 10:00 on 1st Oct 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 18 December 2025. Any entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

You will be automatically entered into the prize draw if you have passed the eligibility to enter and you will be given a copy of your ticket and ticket number for the draw.

Winner Selection & Prize Fulfilment

The winners will be notified via DM on the social media channel and by their local Agent. They will be asked to supply their contact details, for the prize to be arranged.

Competition administrators reserve the right to carry out validation checks pre and post the Prize Draw to mitigate misuse.

It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide valid contact details at the point of notification of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information, which affects delivery of their prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.

Please allow up to 5 working days.

In the unlikely event that prize funds do not arrive, winners will have a further 30 days to inform the Promoter by emailing contactus@hc-hc.co.uk In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

• Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
• For entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

There is no alternative to the stated prize or any other means in which to receive the prize. The prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of greater or equal value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta.

Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Scottish law and the Courts of Scotland.

Data Protection

Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at www.hc-hc.co.uk. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by emailing contactus@hc-hc.co.uk By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
